Born and raised in Chicago, I spent more than 20 years as a financial trader in a male-dominated industry. Throughout my career, I recognized the tremendous value women bring to business and made it a priority to hire, mentor, and elevate women in environments where their talents were often overlooked. In 2018, I joined DSI as Chief Operating Officer to bring clarity, core values, and culture to the company. Today, I am proud to serve as Owner and CEO, leading DSI with a commitment to growth, innovation, and building a workplace where people feel empowered to succeed. Through the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, I look forward to sharing my experience, supporting women in leadership, and continuing to create opportunities that strengthen our business community.
