Jutane established Elite Quality Cleaning Services LLC in Madisonville, Louisiana in April 2020.  She is also the owner/founder of Elite Etiquette School of Protocol, Inc. established in 2017.  Jutane is a former Logistics (Quartermaster) Officer in the United States Army and a retired Army Major with a 22-year tenure of active-duty military service. She is a former certified Central Materiel Services (cleaning and sterilization process at a high-level disinfecting of instruments used in surgery to prevent infectious diseases) and a former Operating Room Specialist.  Her experience with sterile techniques, quality control, quality assurance, HAZMAT, infection control, human resource management, servant-leadership, as well as her  undeniable attention to detail adds great value to the company.  Jutane’s passion to serve in her community, coupled with her love for God and His people are the primary motivating factors in starting Elite Quality Cleaning Services LLC. She is the mother of two young adults (Jabyri, 31yrs & Randi, 26yrs), bonus mom of two young adults, and bonus “Nanna” of six beautiful grandchildren. Jutane is the loving and dedicated wife of Mr. Alfred Sip.
