I specialize in systems and processes. My ability to not only find the issues and bottlenecks within a process but also evaluate those issues and find or create solutions to streamline that process gives me a unique advantage in respect to client relationships. There is always a better way and seeking the next best way is my passion.
I have 20 years experience in business operations and management and 13 years of experience in real estate as a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Paralegal. I have a strong work ethic and a demonstrated history of critical thinking, problem solving and process improvement.
My focus on client retention and relationship management stems from the belief that marketing doesn’t end when a customer relationship begins. I believe it is much easier to sell your product or service to a new customer than it is to sell to a customer that you’ve previously disappointed.
To be successful I believe that giving our energy and dedication to develop and maintain a relationship with the client is just as, if not more important than the energy and dedication that it takes to earn the clients business from the start
