I've been building companies for over 20 years, starting my career at lululemon athletica in 2004 to becoming the President At Saje Wellness 18 years later. The last two years of my career, I've been on the Venture Capital side of business; investing in the innovation of Technology, Life Science and Medicine. Throughout my career, the most important part of my job has been staffing and recruiting the best talent into the right roles. People and 'people development' are my passion; it's what I get out of bed for every morning and the thing that continues to make me tick...and I think I'm pretty good at it too.
