President & CEO, Brittany Wells, started her career in 2007 working as a recruiter for the Intelligence Community. She left Accenture Federal Services after five years of service in 2021 to launch her business Modern Government Solutions (MGS.) Throughout her career, Brittany has brought stagnant contracts with low performance to prosperous by hiring highly cleared, mission critical, key resources into high profile intelligence community contracts. Brittany holds a government issued Secret clearance granted by the Department of Defense.
