  About Me

I lead Portman Square Group Communications, a Boise-based strategic communications and public affairs firm. Prior to founding PSG, I was Managing Partner at Gallatin Public Affairs. I also spent 15 years between DC and New York and served in the Bush Administration as the Regional Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA) Northeast and Caribbean region and prior to that as Deputy Director of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs with the U.S. Department of Commerce, focusing extensively on intellectual property and international trade. I began my career with Governor Haley Barbour at BGR Group and in Idaho as a policy aide to Governor Phil Batt. I'm also a Presidential Leadership Scholar and a distinguished practitioner and adjunct professor at Boise State University. I serve on the Executive Board for the Boise State University Foundation, the Executive Board of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Idaho, as Honorary Commander for the 366th Fighter Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base, the corporate board of CSHQA, and the Advisory Board for Idaho Women in Leadership.
