Kinsinger Environmental Consulting (KEC) is a consultant to developers, utilities, and transportation providing entitlement technical studies in biology, wetlands, air quality/GHG, noise, cultural resources, and NEPA/CEQA environmental impact studies, project compliance management and construction monitoring. Debra Kinsinger is the owner and principal scientist of KEC serving Southern California since 2003. Her experience began as a soil/vegetation mapper and spans from Alaska, to Georgia in the U.S. and as far as the habitat of the Borneo orangutan in Malaysia. She brings her expertise from federal, state and land management in the Western United States for an understanding of the many disciplines involved in effective land management and development. She has mapped vegetation on hundreds of thousands of acres of range, forest and native habitat, from deserts to alpine meadows, preparing studies for the sustainable management of forests, range and post wildfire recovery and restoration.
