I founded Particular Properties Real Estate, LLC in 2013, as its CEO and Principal Broker, on the premise that real estate transaction participants should be guided by knowledgable and reputable industry professionals. I began my career in real estate in 2007 as a practicing attorney engaged in commercial real estate development projects. I subsequently developed a passion for real estate brokerage and thereafter added brokerage to the complement of services provided. Inherently, the practice of law has been an asset to Particular Properties and over the years, my practice has included real estate, labor and employment, entertainment and various commercial transactions and litigation. Therefore, I am uniquely positioned to appreciate the many considerations involved in various real estate transactions, asset management decisions and real estate development planning.
