Rhyner Construction Services, Inc. was incorporated as a Texas Corporation on September 30, 1999. We are located in Rio Hondo, Texas. Our Experience and knowledge allows us to offer a wide range of construction services. We consider ourselves a truly unique contractor: at times we are a Prime Contractor, performing work directly for the owner: other times we are a Subcontractor performing work for a variety of prime contractors. At times we work in the private sector: other times in the public sector. Our experiences from such a wide range of clients have given us a unique perspective of construction projects. We have developed a style of contracting that maximizes communication and stresses safety, quality, and productivity.
