Mrs. Nemovi is a principal and the firm’s lead attorney in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure, loss mitigation, eviction and litigation. She has successfully represented lenders and trustees in hundreds of consumer and commercial foreclosure cases in California over the past 15 years. Mrs. Nemovi graduated Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she was a member of law review and received her Juris Doctor in 2004. She served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Houston of the United States District Court South ern District in 2002. She earned her BA in business administration with a finance concentration in 1999 from California State University, San Bernardino. She has been a frequent speaker on issues related to litigation, compliance, foreclosure and the mortgage banking industry, including speaking engagements for Five Star Legal League 100, Mortgage Banker’s Association, ACI, USFN and the United Trustee’s Association. She is a member of the California Bar Association , NAWRB, an organization committed to the advancement of women in real and the United Trustees Association. Mrs. Nemovi is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California, including all Districts of the United States District Courts of California. Texas license pending.
