Diedre L. Windsor, a retired Military (Army) officer, is President and CEO of Windsor Group, LLC, headquartered in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Before starting Windsor Group, Diedre served in the federal government and held key roles including, contracting officer and career Senior Executive Service (SES) member. Diedre attributes Windsor Group’s early successes in the federal contracting space to having defined goals and a willingness to work hard; remaining agile; building and cultivating relationships; regularly responding to solicitations, sources sought notifications and requests for information (RFI); and, above all – delivering results. Diedre graduated from Methodist University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and from Webster University in 2011 with a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management.
