As a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), I am honored to be a part of a community of inspiring female entrepreneurs who are breaking barriers and creating a better future for women in business.  I believe that women have a unique perspective and can bring valuable skills and ideas to the table.

One of the things that sets my business apart is that it is a family business, started by my father in 1997 and currently run by myself and my brother. Growing up in and around this business has had a profound effect on my three children. One is an entrepreneur launching her own business and one is currently working in the business with his eye on continuing the legacy built by his grandfather so many years ago.

As a family business, we place a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. We believe that working together as a family has helped us to create a strong and successful business. This is evident in our Core Values: Continuous Improvement – Adaptability – Relationships – Ethics (CARE)

Over the years, I have faced many challenges as a business owner, but I have learned to be resilient and to adapt to change.  Looking back on my journey, I am proud of what I have accomplished so far. However, I know that there is still much to be done.
