I am a company centered around vendor management.  As a full-service default and Property Preservation field services company, I have a 10-year combined track record of managing contractors while providing services to residential mortgage lenders, investors, brokers, and asset management firms through a national company.

We are a Northern KY, based family-run company providing property preservation, inspection, repairs, ground services, tree removal, tenant occupied, and vacant property registration services through a nationwide network of more than 2,000 vendors. I am also a realtor providing real estate services to my clients in the KY service area. My prior background was in Transportation, where I have 25 years of experience in all phases of the industry to include, Operations and Director of Human Resources over four entities in three states.
