Our focus is on laying the groundwork for technology acquisition and modernization efforts to be successful, by improving data culture and literacy across the organization. We bring a unique combination of technical advisor and management consulting expertise, and place emphasis on growing organization support for data analytic solutions and operations.

Cybele’s approach consists of a continuous and comprehensive plan designed to increase data literacy and develop a data culture across the organization, including leadership, data science or analytics practitioners, IT teams and those who are the customers of advanced analytics. We are teachers, translators, and connectors. We believe that buying analytics tools or hiring analytics staff without having a data culture in place across the organization is only a temporary fix to data problems. Cybele focuses on five aspects of organizational data operations: leadership, workforce, technology, tradecraft, and community. This is because we believe that an effective data culture requires each of these aspects to be effective. For each aspect we have developed recommended end states.
