Chou Hallegra, (Be Well Lady), is the founder and CEO of Grace & Hope Consulting, LLC, where she writes, trains, consults, and coaches to promote resilience, social-emotional learning, human potential, wellbeing and belonging for all. She is a mental health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant with 23 years of experience in Human Services. With post-graduate training in Rehabilitation Counseling and as a certified trauma-competent professional, she has a wealth of experience delivering impact to individuals and families. As a licensed DEI trainer and Certified Leadership Speaker, Trainer & Coach, with additional certifications in emotional intelligence, career coaching, employee performance, and mindfulness, she also has experience delivering impact for organizations and leaders. Chou has devoted her life to helping individuals and organizations alike to “Be well, do well, work well, and lead well” and has received recognition for her work, including being selected for the 2023 Central PA Forty Under 40 List.
