I wear several hats in my advocating for others and creating safe spaces that foster equity, diversity, and community. In healthcare, I am passionate about advocating through improving clinical outcomes. Using Improvement Science platforms in partnership with community-based organizations, I have helped build capability promoting transfer of knowledge and skills important in implementing healthcare quality strategies against poor clinical outcomes. I serve as a pro-bono clinical care advisor for multiple individuals, providing guidance in navigating our complex healthcare system and bringing a knowledgeable voice to them at their most vulnerable. As an entrepreneur, I’ve decided to ‘go against the grain’ and venture into a multi-revenue stream business model. I oversee several companies with interests ranging from a winery to an event planning. I've stayed true to my capacity and community building passions through providing access pipelines for minorities especially women of color.
