I strive for sustainable buildings and site planning that are micro climate responsive the lead to high energy performance and also have long term facility management and maintenance factored into decision making throughout the project beginning at pre-design/pre-construction coordination through project delivery. In 2020 project design and construction success must stem from an atmosphere of collaboration and synced teamwork enabled by well managed and powerful digital replicas of the project called Building Information Models or 5D BIM modeling. Also referred to as a VDC or Virtual reality digital tools (VR/AR). BIM strategy and execution has become the key to a desirable end result for each and every project stake holder, the property owner and very importantly the individuals that will ultimately be using the site, space or building day in and day out.
