Missy Pitcher, President & CEO of BDM Squared LLC a management consulting firm the provides project management as a service and business process management and optimization as a service. Before becoming a full-time business owner and entrepreneur, Mrs. Pitcher spent over 25+ years implementing strategic, enterprise-level technology projects and programs for major corporations both nationally and internationally. Most recently she worked at Equifax managing Agile IT transformation projects. Additionally, she created a project management community of practice to help the project managers in the organization navigate the transition from waterfall to agile. Mrs. Pitcher is a well-rounded professional who has spent her career bridging the gap between business and technology.. Missy has a Masters of Public Administration from California State University. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scaled Agilest. Missy is a wife and mother and when she’s not helping small businesses, she loves to travel, hike and bike.
