Currently the Headquarters Small Business Specialist for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a bureau under the Department of the Interior (DOI). Prior to USGS I was an Associate Deputy Director of the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) for the U.S. Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). I was a Contracting Officer at SPAWAR prior to joining the OSBP team. Previously I was a Contracts Manager with Charleston County Government.
