Serena Castelda, MS.Ed., CEO & Founder Ms. Castelda is the founder and CEO of Thinkblot Behavioral Sciences. She supports organizations to strengthen their high-trust workforce. Ms. Castelda has led Thinkblot Behavioral Sciences since its founding in 2013. As CEO of Thinkblot, she helps customers overcome challenges associated with selecting, retaining, and optimizing talent in high stakes environments.  With her leadership, Thinkblot has expanded it’s reach to local law enforcement agencies, large private industrial contractors supporting the federal government and private security firms in the DMV.  She brings patience, responsiveness and adaptability to each customer who puts their faith in Thinkblot’s services.  She maintains strong relationships with customers and works hard to provide specialized services knowing each organization has unique needs. She continues to oversee and expand business operations, lead project management and grow and develop Thinkblot’s professional staff. Ms. Castelda has 18 years of experience as an educator in school districts in Virginia, Hawaii and New York. She holds an MS.Ed in Education from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a BA from Prescott College. Ms. Castelda served in the Americorps VISTA program in East Harlem, NY, where she supported the Association to Benefit Children; working to keep families together by providing job-readiness training to homeless heads of household with the end goal of achieving financial independence. She currently serves as a board member of The Operator Foundation, a foundation offering assistance for educational needs to special operations members and their families, including all support personnel who enable our nation’s operational achievements.
