Susan Thibodeau has over 30 years of in-depth Military and Contractor program management and logistics knowledge and experience. She is a proven executive leader, mentor and manager across the full spectrum of program management and acquisition logistics disciplines. She successfully supported the development and fielding of complex DoD weapon systems and delivered strategic analysis, resource planning and problem solving expertise on several multi-billion dollar programs. Prior to founding AGS, Susan was a Vice President for an INC 500/5000 company. She was responsible for leading 240+ employees and managing contracts with the U.S. Air Force and MDA. Susan has extensive experience in proposal development and marketing and capture. Susan served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and holds a M.A. Degree in Business from Wilmington College.
