She has a proven executive management track record as a military veteran and over 35 years of experience in domestic and international operations, oversight, multi-channel product distribution involving both startup and growth of multi-million dollar organizations in the technology industry. Erica earned a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland University College. Her company’s goal is to bridge emerging technology between private and government sectors to deliver technology, cybersecurity services, consulting, and training in dynamic operational environments while remaining pragmatic, and focused on information sharing on a global stage.
