She has experience analyzing various HR metrics, developing and supporting human resources strategies & initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and to manage turnover and retention. Tasha has the acumen and expertise to truly understand talent acquisition. Having worked as an HR Leader in industries such as legal, healthcare, accounting, and manufacturing, Tasha’s knowledge comes from first-hand experience. Tasha’s business management, operational excellence, industry experience, and fascination with people resources yields her unique skill for workforce solutions.
