Over 25+ years experience in decision-support, policy and environment, pollution response, training, technical research and project management; skilled in developing technically-sound products for use by government, industry, and non-scientists; providing response and consulting services to government and industry in the US and overseas. A proven manager and recognized specialist in developing and providing risk communication tools to address the needs of information transference to stakeholders due to her varied and wide-ranging professional experiences with: data synthesis and analysis; information and response management systems; training and exercise design; integrated contingency and response plans; oil and hazardous materials; chemical countermeasures for oil spill response; natural resource damage assessment; assessing environmental, biological, economic, and human-use resources at risk from oil and hazardous materials incidents; and environmental regulations. She has documented success in instruction; coordinating and preparing technical reports and plans; facilitating training, exercises, and workshops; and providing on-scene response support. She has extensive experience in planning and operations, including the development and maintenance of numerous Facility Response Plans and Integrated Contingency Plans for US Navy and Marine Corps Installations, as well as numerous industry clients. She regularly supports her clients in their mandatory training, drills, and exercise requirements. She has participated in the planning for and conduct of numerous large and small-scale exercises, including the several government and Industry-led Area Exercises to meet PREP Requirements.
