Following obtaining my MBA from Duke University, spent 20 years in big four consulting and corporate leadership roles. In January 2016, launched SCB Management Solutions Inc. SCB provides management consulting services to private and public sector organizations to help them increase their productivity, profitability, and maximize ROI on large scale projects. We specialize in project and program management, strategic planning, business process reengineering, and risk management. In addition to growing SCB, I am Commissioner with the Baltimore City Commission for Women and serve on the Steering Committee for Duke Women of Baltimore. Both of these organizations allow me to dedicate my time and talents to my community. I am also a member of Financial Executives International (FEI) and the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).
