Hi. I am Jacqueline Maduneme, CEO and Managing Member of P2E. It is my passion to innovate and deliver value-based data systems and business intelligence (BI) solutions with exceptional service. I have spent my career advising on strategic and operational initiatives, delivering new capabilities in large-scale projects, managing global teams, and directing complex transactions. I have seen how government agencies tend to lag the private sector in utilizing sophisticated BI and data analytics. Focused on this opportunity, I built P2E on two foundational principles: Precision and Executional Excellence. P2E is the logical culmination of nearly 30 years of global experience serving clients in the public sector and private industry, including financial services, technology, education, healthcare, retail, energy, and manufacturing. Most recently, I was a senior executive at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta serving as head of market regulation and change management, where I led a team that designed and implemented large-scale initiatives across the bank. Prior experience includes key positions at Citigroup, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana, and the Louisiana Legislative Auditor’s office. My accomplishments over the years range from strategic business improvements to multinational initiatives representing billions of dollars. I designed and implemented technologies, processes, and controls; managed and structured mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; conducted countless IT audits and data quality assessments; established an internal audit department at a public retirement system; and consulted with foreign regulatory authorities on best practices. Uniquely diverse credentials enhance my capabilities. I am a CPA and chartered financial analyst, have earned JD and post-graduate law degrees, and taught as an adjunct professor at Charleston School of Law in South Carolina.
