Experience spans from new startups, privatization, and re-engineering efforts. The later 10 years in business and information technology consulting developing large scale business technology solutions. WV companies include American Electric Power, Owens Corning, and BrickStreet Mutual Insurance (subcontractor). Melissa has taken every opportunity to travel to consult at State Farm Corporate Headquarters, projects with US Secretary of State, Homeland Security, Defense Logistics Agency, National Security Investigative Services (NCIS), and Department of Navy Civilian Human Resources to gain experience and now continue the journey as a consultant.
