She holds a Masters of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) in Civil and Structural Engineering. She is an experienced Civil/Environmental/Structural Engineer, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Proposal Manager, Client Service Manager and Operations Executive Manager with over 24 years of experience in planning, engineering, design, procurement, contracts and large capital construction programs/projects up to $1.65 billion. She is an experienced Seller/Doer with proven capability to successfully manage design/construction projects and new business development opportunities. Significant work experience includes project management, construction management, cost control, schedule control, planning, oversight, engineering and design of large capital projects: General Building Construction (including General Contracting and Construction Management), Water, Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering. She is excellent in finding new project opportunities and successful in collaborating with partners and team members to position for and win projects in both public and private sectors. Her responsibilities cover government and private client relations, business development, proposal writing and management, project management and office operations. She is exceptionally effective in project delivery from the opportunity identification and pursuit through to successful project completion.
