Ms. Lon Clarke is a Vietnamese-American, who launched Applied Integrity Consulting, LLC (AIC) in 2014 with over 15 years of Federal experience in Corporate Strategy, Enterprise IT, systems and software engineering lifecycle management, and Process Improvement/Quality Assurance experience for small and large businesses (including Microsoft). Ms. Clarke has supported the joint Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) for 20 years.
