Customized training and creation of policies, resources and workshops to support family caregiving in the workplace. Working with organizations, we determine the current magnitude of caregiving impact on the existing staff with projections for the future, aggregate the current benefits offered, find gaps between current need and what's desirable, designing workshops and forums for dissemination of resources and practices for meeting caregiving challenges and remaining productive at work. Team-building, ongoing collaboration, education and evolution of beneficial support policies will be developed and deployed.
